Description: This mudra should be performed with both hands individually at the same time. Touch the tips of your thumb, ring finger, and little finger together. Keep the remaining two fingers (index and middle fingers) extended straight and relaxed. Depending on your personal requirement, you can practice this regularly for about 20 minutes every day.
