Maha Kibbotte Mudra (The Great Abdomen Mudra / Lower Pelvic Balancer)
Description and Technique:
Step 1: First, bring the ring fingers of both hands together to touch. Next, join the tips of both pinky fingers and the tips of both thumbs together. Maintain this posture while taking 10 deep, conscious breaths.
Step 2: Following this, touch only the tips of your pinky fingers against each other. At the same time, join the tips of the respective hand’s ring finger and thumb together. Continue to practice this second position for another 10 deep breaths.
