Description: Spread both your palms like the wings of a bird and interlock your thumbs. First, place the left palm over the right palm, hook the thumbs together, and hold them over the lower abdomen. Breathe slowly ten times in this position. Next, move your palms to the upper abdomen, near the navel, and breathe ten times again. Finally, bring your hands to the center of the chest (near the heart), separate the left hand from the right, and turn them toward the shoulders. Remain in this peaceful state for about four minutes.

This mudra improves blood circulation in the body and creates balance between the various organs.
It awakens the entire body and provides new vitality and freshness to the mind.
It is useful for pregnant women when they experience extreme fatigue or exhaustion. It also helps those with respiratory difficulties.
