Vayu Mudra (The Gesture of Air / Air-Balancing Mudra)

Description and Technique:
Fold the index finger of both your hands so that its tip rests gently against the base (root line) of your thumb. Following this, place your thumb over the folded index finger, applying a mild and soft pressure. Keep the remaining three fingers extended straight out and completely relaxed without any tension. It is ideal to practice this hand posture regularly three times a day, maintaining it for 15 minutes during each session.

·This mudra acts as an excellent remedy to regulate and eliminate excess accumulated air element (gas) from the body.
