Naga Mudra

Description

Position both your hands near your chest in a cross-like shape (resembling scissors). Then, join both your thumbs such that one rests over the other. Many refer to this hand posture as the ‘Mudra of Inner Consciousness’ or the ‘Mudra of Intuition.’ While walking on a spiritual path, we must face various worldly obstacles and challenges. Only when we overcome such dilemmas can we move toward our goals and achieve the ultimate purpose of life.

Benefits

A solution to the many confusions and problems encountered in daily life can be found through this Naga Mudra. This mudra and meditation are extremely helpful in obtaining accurate answers to many questions arising in our future plans or on the path of spirituality.
