Matangi Mudra (The Gesture of the Goddess Matangi / Inner Harmony)
Description and Technique:
Bring both your hands in front of the solar plexus, which corresponds to the Manipura Chakra (stomach area), and interlock your fingers. In this posture, extend only the middle fingers of both hands straight out, ensuring that their tips press gently against each other. Practice this mudra regularly three times a day, holding it for at least 3 minutes in each session.

Physical and Internal Benefits:
·This mudra harmonizes the respiratory processes governed by the solar plexus and stabilizes the energy flow within that region.
·It enlivens and activates the ‘Prithvi Tattva’ (Earth element) within the human physical system.
·Consistent practice of Matangi Mudra rejuvenates and optimizes the functioning of vital organs, including the heart, stomach, gallbladder, duodenum, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys.
·It is highly therapeutic for calming an over-excited, racing, or highly agitated heart.
·Additionally, it eliminates internal physical tension and stress that obstruct the digestive system, thereby promoting seamless and smooth digestion.
