Kshepana Mudra

kshepana mudra helps flush out accumulated bodily toxins, stale energy, and deep-seated negativity from the system

Kshepana Mudra (The Gesture of Letting Go / Releasing Mudra)
Description and Technique:
Extend the index fingers of both hands straight out, ensuring their tips press firmly against each other. Interlock all the remaining fingers (middle, ring, and pinky fingers) tightly together. Cross your thumbs over one another smoothly. Once you hold this hand posture, anchor your complete awareness and focus onto your exhalation (breathing out). Take at least 10 to 15 deep, conscious breaths while focusing on the exhalation pattern. Afterward, loosen your hands and bring them back to a relaxed state.

Physical and Internal Benefits:
·True to its name (‘Kshepana’ means to eject), this mudra helps flush out accumulated bodily toxins, stale energy, and deep-seated negativity from the system.
·It optimizes the body’s natural elimination organs, boosting the efficient discharge of waste through sweat, urination, and bowel movements.
·Mentally, it dispels acute anxiety, heavy emotional baggage, and pessimistic thoughts, replacing them with a profound sense of inner space and peace.
