Description

Bring the tips of the middle fingers of both hands together so they point straight ahead. Let the first two phalanges (joints) of the index fingers touch each other completely. Join the tips of both thumbs together and point them back toward your chest (heart area). Fold the remaining fingers (ring and pinky fingers) deeply inward. Extending your elbows outward, perform 10 cycles of slow, deep breathing (inhalation and exhalation). As you get comfortable with the practice, you can gradually increase the number of breaths.
