Shunya Mudra (The Gesture of Emptiness / Sky)

Description and Technique

Fold the middle finger of both your hands so that its tip rests gently against the base of your thumb. Following this, place your thumb over the folded middle finger, applying a mild and soft pressure. Keep the remaining three fingers extended straight out and completely relaxed. It is best to practice this hand posture regularly three times a day, maintaining it for 15 minutes during each session.
