Mushti Mudra (The Fist Gesture)
Description and Technique:
Fold the fingers of both your hands inwards toward the palms. Then, place your thumbs firmly over the upper part of your index fingers to form a tight fist. It is ideal to practice this hand gesture regularly three times a day, maintaining it for 15 minutes during each session.
