Bhudi Mudra (The Fluid-Balancing Gesture)
Description and Technique:
Bring the tips of your thumb and pinky finger together, pressing them against each other gently. Keep the remaining three fingers (index, middle, and ring fingers) extended straight out and relaxed. Practice this gesture with both hands simultaneously. It is highly recommended to practice this mudra regularly three times a day, maintaining it for 15 minutes in each session.
