Kasheru Mudra (The Spine Gesture / Bennu Mudre)

Description and Technique:

Right Hand Posture: Bring the tips of your right thumb, middle finger, and pinky finger together to touch lightly. Keep the index and ring fingers extended straight and relaxed.

Left Hand Posture: Place the tip of your left thumb firmly onto the nail of your left index finger, exactly as illustrated in the diagram.
Practice this asymmetric gesture three times every day, keeping a duration of 5 minutes per session. In case of severe back issues, this practice can be extended until effective and relief-oriented results are observed.

Physical and Mental Benefits:
·When back fatigue arises due to labor-intensive physical tasks, or when backaches develop from sitting in a faulty or uncomfortable posture for prolonged durations, this mudra yields an excellent therapeutic solution and immense relief.
·Apart from physical strain, factors like chronic mental stress, psychological fear, overeating, poor sleep habits (insomnia), and a complete lack of physical exercise are also secondary causes of spinal discomfort; this mudra helps in rectifying these underlying imbalances.
