Akasha Mudra (The Gesture of Cosmic Space)

Description and Technique:
Bring the tip of your middle finger to touch the tip of your thumb, pressing them against each other gently. While forming this posture, keep the remaining three fingers (index, ring, and pinky fingers) extended straight out without bending. It is best to practice this hand gesture regularly three times a day, maintaining it for 15 minutes during each session.
