Description: Fold the tip of your right pinky finger and touch it to the base of your right thumb. Then, gently press your right thumb on top of that pinky finger. Softly hold this joined pinky finger and thumb with the help of your left thumb. At the same time, let your left palm gently wrap around (enclose) the right palm from underneath.
Depending on your necessity, you can practice this mudra three times a day for few each session.

Benefits:
·Varuna Mudra must be practiced regularly whenever there is an excessive accumulation of mucus-like substances in the nose, stomach, large intestine, food pipe, or any other part of the body.
·It relieves mental troubles such as excessive internal stress, overstimulation or exhaustion of the nerves, tireless overworking, anxiety, and fear.
·Regular practice of Varuna Mudra purifies the blood and eliminates wrinkles on the face. It gives a natural glow (radiance) to the entire body.
·It is helpful in curing severe pain caused by tightness or stiffness of the muscles.
·It completely eliminates dryness of the eyes (dry eyes), dry cough, and frequent, excessive thirst.
