Bhramara Mudra (The Bee Gesture / Anti-Allergy Mudra)

Description and Technique

Fold your index finger completely and place it neatly at the inner fold (base) of your thumb. Next, press the tip of your thumb firmly against the outer side of your middle finger’s nail. While holding this position, keep the remaining ring and pinky fingers extended outwards and straight. Practice this hand gesture regularly four times a day, for 5 minutes each session.
