Rudra Mudra (The Gesture of Cosmic Power / Solar Plexus Energizer)
Description and Technique:
Bring the tips of your thumb, ring finger, and index finger together, pressing them against each other gently. While forming this posture, keep the remaining two fingers (middle and pinky fingers) extended straight out without bending. It is essential to perform this hand gesture with both hands simultaneously. Depending on your physical needs or personal energy requirements, you can practice this mudra 3 to 6 times a day, for 5 minutes in each session.
