Shuchi Mudra (The Needle Gesture / Cleansing Mudra)

Description and Technique

First, form tight fists with both your hands and hold them directly in front of your chest. Next, while inhaling deeply, extend your right arm straight out to the right side, pointing your right index finger upward toward the sky. Simultaneously, stretch your left arm straight out to the left side. Maintain this posture for at least six deep, conscious breaths. Afterward, bring both hands back to your chest and repeat the exact process six more times. Depending on your personal wellness needs, you may extend the duration of this practice.
