Shakthi Mudra (The Gesture of Power/Energy)

Description: Bring the tips of the ring fingers and little fingers of both hands together, keeping them extended straight. Fold your thumbs inside your respective palms. Gently wrap the remaining fingers (index and middle fingers) over the folded thumbs without applying any pressure.
In this posture, anchor your complete awareness onto your breathing. Specifically, slow down the pace of your respiration and exhale very gently. Depending on your needs, it is ideal to practice this three times a day for 10 minutes per session.
